전자상거래법상 온라인 쇼핑몰 등 사이버몰을 운영하는 통신판매업자는 상호와 전자우편주소,파워볼 2조인터넷 도메인 이름,서버의 소재지 증을 관할 지방자치단체에 신고해야 합니다.

앞서 알리익스프레스는 지난해 9월 '알리익스프레스 코리아 유한회사'라는 이름으로 서울시에 통신판매업 신고를 했습니다.

대표자명은 휴이왓신신디,파워볼 2조사업자 소재지는 서울시 중구,파워볼 2조호스트 서버 소재지는 서울시 금천구 가산로로 신고됐습니다.

다만,파워볼 2조공정위는 신고된 알리익스프레스 코리아가 실제 쇼핑몰을 운영하는 운영사가 아니라고 판단한 것으로 전해졌습니다.

공정위는 한국에 설립된 알리익스프레스 코리아 법인이 대리인의 역할만 할 뿐,실제 쇼핑물 운영 및 관리 등 전자상거래 관련 주된 업무는 해외 본사나 다른 법인에서 담당하고 있다고 판단한 것으로 알려졌습니다.

이에 공정위는 알리익스프레스가 통신판매업자의 신고 의무를 제대로 이행하지 않았다고 보고 제재가 필요하다는 의견을 낸 것으로 전해졌습니다.

한편,파워볼 2조 공정위는 아직 지자체에 통신판매업자 신고를 하지 않은 테무의 통신판매업 신고 의무 위반에 대해서도 조사 중인 것으로 파악됐습니다.
