올해 상반기 세관 당국에 적발된 소위 '짝퉁' 수입품 중 다수가 중국산인 것으로 나타났다.브랜드 중에선 샤넬 브랜드를 모방한 물품의 금액이 가장 많았다.

15일 국회 기획재정위원회 소속 국민의힘 박성훈 의원이 관세청에서 받은 자료에 따르면 올 6월까지 지식재산권을 침해해 국경 단계에서 적발된 수입품 규모는 934억 원(34건)이었다.

이 중 중국이 781억 원(24건) 규모로 전체의 83.6%를 차지했다.

브랜드별로는 샤넬이 487억 원(52.1%)이 가장 많았다.이어 고야드(75억 원),fmt 스킨루이뷔통(41억 원),fmt 스킨구찌(20억 원) 순이었다.

품목별로는 가방류가 653억 원(69.9%)으로 절반 이상을 차지했다.이어 의류·직물이 196억 원어치(21.0%)로 많았다.

박성훈 의원은 "해외직구 증가와 함께 지식재산권을 침해한 중국산 짝퉁 제품의 불법 유통까지 늘고 있는 추세"라며 "이를 진품으로 오인해 구입하는 소비자의 피해와 국내외 기업의 경제적 피해를 방지하기 위해서라도 국경단계부터 더 촘촘한 단속망을 구축해야 한다"고 말했다.
