25일 헤럴드경제 취재를 종합하면 틱톡코리아는 최근 글로벌 운영,카지노 시즌 2 2화다시보기마케팅 등 부서 직원을 대상으로 정리해고에 들어갔다.지난 2018년 6월 바이트댄스(사업자등록명)로 설립된 이래 회사가 정리해고에 나선 것은 이번이 처음이다.

현재 틱톡코리아에 재직 중인 직원 수는 약 200명 내외로 예상되는데,카지노 시즌 2 2화다시보기구체적인 정리해고 규모 및 보상안 등은 알려지지 않았다.

틱톡코리아 사정에 정통한 업계 관계자는 “글로벌 빅테크 기업들도 정리해고 등 비슷한 양상”이라며 “(틱톡코리아 정리해고는) 사업을 점검하면서 지속성장하기 위한 전략으로 보인다”고 귀띔했다.

CNN은 테크 전문매체 디인포메이션을 인용해 “(틱톡 미국) 약 1000명의 직원 대다수가 해고될 수 있다”고 전한 바 있다.

틱톡코리아 내부에서는 우려와 불만이 동시에 터져 나온다.정리해고와 함께 채용사이트에서는 현재 진행 중인 채용도 올라와 있다.더욱이 틱톡코리아가 지난해 12월‘틱톡샵’상표를 출원하는 등 사업도 확장일로에 있는 것으로 보였기 때문이다.

이와 관련 틱톡코리아는 정리해고 대상 부서 직원들에게 본인 희망 시 전환 배치하거나 대상자-부서 간 협의 등을 통해 기회를 부여할 예정인 것으로 알려졌다.

틱톡 내부 관계자는 “개인 퍼포먼스(실적)에 따라 진행된다는 등‘설’만 많은 상황”이라며 “자세한 내막은 직원들도 몰라 불안한 상황”이라고 전했다.
