경기도는 오늘(5일) 1시 신도시 선도 예정지구 17.28㎢를 12월 31일까지 토지거래허가구역으로 지정하고 홈페이지에 공고했습니다.

해당 구역은 성남시 분당구(분당신도시) 일원 6.45㎢,고양시 일산동구(일산신도시) 일원 4.48㎢,안양시 동안구(평촌신도시) 일원 2.11㎢,네이버 라운지 회원군포시 산본동(산본신도시) 일원 2.03㎢,네이버 라운지 회원부천시 원미구(중동신도시) 일원 2.21㎢ 등입니다.

도는 국토부,5개 시와 선도지구 추진현황 점검회의를 열고 투기 유입을 차단하기 위해 이들 지역을 토지거래허가구역으로 지정했습니다.

이들 지역의 토지(주거용 제외)를 거래하려면 관할 시장의 허가를 받은 뒤 매매 계약을 체결해야 합니다.

이를 어기면 2년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만 원 이하의 벌금이 부과됩니다.

허가를 받으면 일정 기간 목적대로 이용해야 하며,위반 시 취득가액의 10% 범위의 이행강제금이 매년 부과될 수 있습니다.

선도지구는 지난해 12월 제정된 '노후계획도시 정비 및 지원에 관한 특별법'에 따라 노후계획도시 재건축 사업을 가장 먼저 진행하는 곳입니다.

앞서 도는 지난 5월 국토부,5개 시와 협의해 1기 신도시 아파트 단지 중 선도지구 물량으로 2만 6천 가구를 선정했습니다.

성남분당 8천 가구,네이버 라운지 회원고양일산 6천 가구,안양평촌·부천중동·군포산본 각 4천 가구로,네이버 라운지 회원지자체들은 이들 물량의 50%까지 추가로 지정할 수 있습니다.

선도지구는 지자체별 공모를 통해 오는 11월 최종 결정됩니다.
