한국소비자원이 온라인 구입 가구와 관련한 피해구제 신청이 늘고 있다며 주의를 당부했습니다.

소비자원에 따르면 최근 3년간 접수된 관련 신청은 2천524건으로 매년 늘고 있으며,고양이꿈 복권가구의 품질 관련 불만이 1천297건으로 절반 이상을 차지했습니다.

과도한 반품비 청구 등 청약 철회 관련 분쟁이 521건 접수됐고 반품비로 구입가의 절반을 넘게 청구한 경우도 30건에 달했습니다.

소비자원은 구입 전 거래요건을 꼼꼼히 확인하고 하자 발견 시 증거자료를 확보해 판매자에 즉시 이의를 제기해야 한다고 조언했습니다.
