3일 법조계에 따르면 서울동부지검 형사3부는 마약류 관리에 관한 법률위반(대마) 혐의로 대학원생 A씨를 구속기소했다.

검찰은 "피고인에게 죄에 상응한 형이 선고될 수 있도록 공소유지에 최선을 다하겠다"며 "우리 사회에 마약이 발붙일 수 없도록 앞으로도 마약범죄에 강력히 대처하겠다"고 밝혔다.
