이번에 위촉된 위원들은 △강석원 전 문체부 기획조정실장 △계승균 한국지식재산학회 부회장 △김명주 서울여대 정보보호학부 교수 △김민정 법무법인 휘명 변호사 △김병일 한양대 법학전문대학원 교수 △김원학 대구지방검찰청 부장검사 △성윤용 여주대 실용음악과 겸임교수 △윤주탁 법무법인 세종 변호사 △이상호 수원고등법원 판사 △이원복 이화여대 법학전문대학원 교수 △임형주 법무법인 율촌 변호사 △장혜원 김앤장 법률사무소 변호사 등 총 12명이다.

저작권 관련 다양한 이해관계를 균형 있게 반영할 수 있도록‘저작권법’규정에 따라 학계,아시안컵 결승 하이라이트법조계,아시안컵 결승 하이라이트문화산업,아시안컵 결승 하이라이트공공 등 각 분야 전문가들로 구성했다.위원들은 앞으로 저작권 분쟁 조정,저작권위탁관리업자의 수수료 및 사용료 요율 심의,저작물 이용질서 확립 및 저작물의 공정이용을 위한 업무 등을 수행한다.
