광주경찰청 사이버범죄수사대는 아동·청소년의 성 보호에 관한 법률·성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법(촬영물 이용 협박) 위반 혐의로 20대 남성 A씨를 구속했다고 12일 밝혔다.

A씨는 올해 2월 사회관계망서비스(SNS)에서 알게 된 중·고등학생 2명에게 돈을 빌려주겠다고 꼬드겨 직접 신체 일부를 찍어 보내도록 유도,최강야구 시즌2 맴버받은 영상물을 유포하겠다며 협박한 혐의다.

조사 결과 A씨는 돈을 빌려주는 조건으로 담보를 요구하며 신체 일부 사진을 찍어 보내도록 요구한 것으로 조사됐다.

실제 A씨에게 30만원을 빌린 학생은 변제 이후에도 "돈을 더 달라.주지 않으면 온라인 커뮤니티 등지에 나체 사진을 유포하겠다"는 협박에 시달린 것으로 전해졌다.

다만 A씨의 협박과 달리,최강야구 시즌2 맴버추가 유포 정황은 없는 것으로 확인됐다.

부모의 신고를 받은 경찰은 도피·잠적 중이던 A씨를 3개월 간 추적,이달 8일 전북 모처에서 검거했다.

경찰은 A씨가 과거 비슷한 범행 전력이 있는 점 등으로 미뤄,휴대전화에 대한 법 의학 감정(디지털 포렌식)을 의뢰,여죄 수사도 이어가고 있다．
