엔씨소프트는 24일 임시 이사회를 열고 회사 분할 및 2개의 신설회사 설립을 결정했다.

이번 분할을 통해 사업 부문별 신속하고 전문적인 의사결정이 가능한 경영 체제를 확립하고 핵심 경쟁력 강화를 추진한다.전문화된 영역에 역량을 집중해 사업 고도화를 실현하고 궁극적으로 기업가치와 주주가치 제고에 집중할 계획이다.

신설회사는‘주식회사 엔씨큐에이(NC QA COMPANY,셰필드 웬즈데이 fc가칭)‘주식회사 엔씨아이디에스(NC IDS COMPANY,셰필드 웬즈데이 fc가칭)’등 2개의 비상장법인이다.

엔씨큐에이는 ▲소프트웨어 품질 보증 서비스 및 기타 관련 사업 ▲컴퓨터 프로그래밍,시스템 통합 및 관리 ▲정보 기술 및 컴퓨터 운영 관련 서비스 등을 전개한다.

엔씨아이디에스는 ▲응용 소프트웨어 개발 및 공급 ▲컴퓨터 시스템 통합 자문 및 구축 ▲시스템 소프트웨어 개발 및 공급 등의 사업을 맡는다.

엔씨는 8월 14일 임시 주주총회를 개최해 회사 분할 및 신설회사 설립을 확정한다.각 신설회사의 분할 기일은 10월 1일이다.
