조사 결과에 따르면 냉동피자 150g당 포화지방 함량은 4.8∼9.6ｇ으로 일일 기준치의 32∼64%에 달했다.나트륨 함량은 543~780㎎으로 일일 기준 27~39% 수준이다.150g은 1회 섭취 참고량으로 피자 1.5~2조각에 해당하는 양이다.

포화지방 함량이 가장 많은 제품은 이마트 '피코크 잭슨피자 시카고 페퍼로니'다.가장 적은 제품은 신세계푸드 '올바르고 반듯한 콤비네이션 팬피자'로 조사됐다.나트륨 함량은 대상 '청정원 오리지널 콤비네이션 피자'가 가장 많았고,안전한 바카라사이트동서 '리스토란테 모차렐라 피자'가 가장 적었다.

특히 조사 대상 14개 중 이랜드팜앤푸드 '애슐리 크런치즈엣지 올더미트 피자' 제품 5개를 조사한 결과 1개 제품에서 대장균이 기준 초과 검출돼 부적합했다.대장균은 사람과 동물의 장내에서 생육하는 정상 균총으로,식품 제조·유통 과정의 위생 상태를 확인하는 지표로 쓰인다.소비자원은 해당 제품 제조사인 이랜드팜앤푸드에 시정 권고를 내리고 관련 사실을 식품의약품안전처와 공유했다.

소비자원 관계자는 "이랜드팜앤푸드는 해당 제품을 구매한 소비자에 대해 교환·환불 조치하는 한편 위생 관리를 강화하겠다고 했다"고 말했다.
