최저 1%대 금리로 주택 구입 자금과 전세 자금을 빌려주는 신생아 특례대출 신청이 다섯 달 만에 6조 원 정도 들어온 것으로 집계됐습니다.

국회 더불어민주당 이연희 의원이 국토교통부에서 제출받은 자료를 보면 신생아 특례대출을 시작한 올해 1월 29일부터 지난달 21일까지 대출 신청이 2만3천4백여 건,5조 8천597억 원 들어왔습니다.

주택 구입 자금 대출 신청이 만5천840건,외이즈토토4조4천50억 원으로 전체의 75%를 차지했습니다.

경기도와 인천의 주택 구입 자금 대출 신청이 합쳐서 41%를 차지했고,서울이 7.7%로 뒤를 이었습니다.

신생아 특례대출은 대출 신청일 기준으로 2년 이내에 출산·입양한 무주택 가구나 1주택 가구에 저리로 최대 5억 원까지 주택 구입 자금을 대출해주는 제도입니다.

가격 9억 원 이하,외이즈토토전용면적 85㎡ 이하가 대상 주택입니다.
