하천에 공공자전거 무단 투척

서울시 공공자전거 '따릉이' 여러 대가 성북천에 버려져 경찰이 수사에 나섰다.

13일 서울 성북경찰서는 따릉이를 서울 성북구 성북3교 아래에 버린 용의자를 추적 중이라고 밝혔다.

12일 오전 4시께 폐쇄회로(CC)TV를 보면 성북3교 따릉이 대여소 앞에 한 남성이 나타났다.상·하의 모두 검은 옷을 입고,고기승부사검은색 장갑을 낀 남성은 갑자기 따릉이를 번쩍 들어 교량 아래로 투척했다.2분도 되지 않는 시간 동안 남성은 따릉이 12대를 투척하고선 할 일을 끝냈다는 듯 재빨리 달려 현장을 벗어났다.

경찰은 지난 9일에도 따릉이 여러 대가 하천에 버려져 있다는 신고를 접수했다.경찰은 두 사건이 동일범의 소행인지 등 자세한 사건 경위를 조사할 방침이다.

감식이 끝난 자전거들은 서울시설공단에서 수거한 상태다.

따릉이는 서울시가 운영하는 공공자전거로 대여소가 설치된 곳이면 어디에서나 따릉이를 대여하고 반납할 수 있다.따릉이 운영 규모는 약 4만대,고기승부사대여소는 2500여개다.
