회수 대상은 유가공 업체 '더 크리머리'가 제조한 '카이막' 제품으로,아디다스 웨일스보너포장단위는 100g 소비기한은 2024년 6월 18일이다.해당 제품의 바코드 번호는 8809990518999이다.

식약처는 "‘더 크리머리’의 자가품질검사 결과,아디다스 웨일스보너세균수 부적합이 확인됐다"고 설명하면서 "해당 제품을 구매한 고객은 섭취를 중단하고 제품에 표시된 고객센터에 문의하거나 구매처에 반품해야 한다"고 당부했다.또 "회수 제품을 보관 중인 판매자는 판매를 중단하고 회수 영업자에게 반품해 달라"고 덧붙였다.

최근 디저트로 인기를 얻고 있는 카이막은 우유 등을 오랜 시간 끓여서 모은 지방층을 크림처럼 굳혀서 만든 유제품이다.튀르키예 전통 음식으로 현지에서는 카이막에 꿀,아디다스 웨일스보너견과류 등을 곁들여 빵과 함께 아침으로 즐겨 먹는 것으로 전해졌다.

국내에서는 2019년 백종원 더본코리아 대표가 튀르키예 현지 음식을 소개하는 한 TV 프로그램에서 "천상의 맛"이라 칭찬하며 인지도를 높였다.당시 백 대표는 "터키 여행하고 한국 들어가면 제일 생각나는 게 카이막"이라며 "그 맛을 잊지 못해 사업을 구상하며 직접 만들어봤는데 도저히 수지타산이 맞지 않아 포기했다"는 일화가 있다.
