민희진 [사진 공동취재 연합뉴스] 경찰이 업무상 배임 혐의로 고발된 하이브 자회사 민희진 어도어 대표측 관계자를 소환해 조사할 예정이라고 17일 밝혔다.

경찰에 따르면 서울 용산경찰서는 이날 피고발인 중 1명인 민 대표 측 관계자를 소환해 조사 중이다.

앞서 조지호 서울경찰청장은 이날 오전 정례 기자간담회에서 해당 사건과 관련해 고발인 조사를 마쳤으며 이번 주부터 피고발인 측을 소환해 조사하겠다고 밝혔다.경찰에 따르면 이번 사건의 피고발인은 민 대표를 포함한 3명이다.

조 청장은 "고발된 3명 중 민 대표는 이번 주 소환 일정이 잡히지 않았다"며 "2명 중 1명이 이번 주 출석할 수 있을 것 같다"고 설명했다.

압수수색 가능성에 대해서는 "임의수사로 해결이 안 될 경우 강제수사를 하는데 현재는 협조적이기 때문에 충분히 자료 제출 및 출석 진술로 수사가 가능한 단계"라고 답했다.

하이브는 지난 4월 26일 민 대표를 서울 용산경찰서에 업무상 배임 혐의로 고발했다.

민 대표가 어도어의 경영권 탈취 계획을 수립해 어도어 회사에 대한 업무상 배임 혐의가 있다는 게 하이브 측 주장이다.하이브는 이를 뒷받침할만한 구체적인 관련자 진술과 물증을 확보했다고도 밝힌 바 있다.

하지만 민 대표 측은 지분 구조상 경영권 찬탈이 불가능하며 회사 가치를 훼손하는 행위를 기도하거나 실행에 착수해 배임을 저지른 사실이 없다는 입장이다.민 대표는 하이브의 임시주주총회 의결권 행사를 막아달라며 낸 가처분 신청이 지난달 30일 법원에서 인용돼 직을 유지하고 있다.
