오후 3시 반이면 문을 닫던 우리 외환시장이 오늘부터 새벽 2시까지 운영됩니다.

1997년 외환시장 개방 이후 가장 큰 변화인데,연금복권172뭐가 어떻게 달라지는지 최수용 기자가 취재했습니다.

오후 3시 반이 넘은 한 은행의 외환 딜링룸.예전 같으면 시장이 문을 닫은 시각이지만,연금복권172여전히 직원들이 업무에 열중하고 있습니다.

오늘부터 우리 외환시장 운영시간이 오전 9시부터 다음날 새벽 2시까지 운영됩니다.

마감이 오후 3시 반에서 10시간 넘게 연장된 겁니다.

"외국 금융시장에서 원화 수요가 발생하는 건 거의 70% 정도 커버가 가능한 시간이라고 볼 수 있죠.런던 시장은 거의 다 커버가 되는."

해외 주식 투자자들은 실시간 환전이 가능해져 매수할 수 있는 주식수가 늘어납니다.

그동안은 장이 열리지 않는 시간대에는 실제 환율보다 5% 더 비싼 가환율을 적용받아왔습니다.

"엔비디아가 저점이다 싶어 내가 10억치를 사야 되는데 가환율을 걸어버리니까 5천만 원어치 주식을 못 샀다는 컴플레인을 걸기도"

해외여행을 떠난 관광객 역시 은행 고시 환율이 아닌 실제 환율을 적용받게 됩니다.

외국인 투자자들이 종전보다 쉽게 국내 주식과 채권 투자를 할 수 있게 되면서 향후 MSCI 선진국 지수나 세계 국채지수 편입 가능성도 커질 것으로 보입니다.

다만 단기적으로는 외국 자본의 영향력이 커지면서 환율 변동성이 더 커질 거란 우려도 나옵니다.
