(서울=연합뉴스) 채새롬 기자 = 다음 달 3일부터 시행되는 금융회사 책무구조도와 관련해 책무구조도의 작성·제출 방법,라스베가스 카지노 하는법책무를 배분할 수 있는 직원 등이 규정됐다.

금융위원회는 26일 제12차 정례회의에서 이 같은 내용을 담은 '금융회사 지배구조 감독규정' 개정안을 의결했다.

책무구조도는 금융회사 주요 업무에 대한 최종 책임자를 특정함으로써,라스베가스 카지노 하는법내부통제 책임을 하부에 위임할 수 없도록 하는 원칙을 구현하도록 했다.

감독규정은 책무구조도를 임원별로 책무 상세내용을 기술한 문서인 '책무기술서'와 임원의 직책별 책무체계를 일괄적으로 파악하는 도표인 '책무체계도'로 작성하도록 했다.

금융사는 책무구조도를 이사회 의결일로부터 7영업일 이내 금융당국에 제출해야 한다.
