무순위 공급 가격은 최초 분양가 10억6600만원에 사업자가 주택을 취득하고 재공급하는 과정에서 발생한 세금 등 추가 부대경비 610만원을 더한 10억7210만원이었다.네이버 부동산 등에 따르면 현재 같은 단지 같은 면적 매물이 15억원에 나와 있다.

당첨자 발표는 오는 13일 이며 20일 계약을 체결해야 한다.계약시 계약금 20%를 내고 나머지 80% 잔금은 7월 31일까지 치러야 한다.실거주 의무가 없어 전세 세입자를 들여 잔금을 납부해도 된다.

이 단지는 지하 8층~지상 59층,아시안컵 공인구4개 동 총 1152가구 규모로 청량리 역세권에 위치한 초고층 주상복합 아파트다.
