남매의 난 끝…장녀 부부 전면에식자재 유통기업 아워홈은 18일 새 대표이사에 오너가 장녀인 구미현 씨를 선임했다고 발표했다.아워홈 창업자인 고(故) 구자학 회장의 장남과 장녀 연대가 막내 구지은 부회장과 경영권 다툼 끝에 이사회를 장악한 데 따른 인사다.구 회장의 남편인 이영열 사내이사는 부회장에 올랐다.

아워홈은 이날 이사회를 열고 이 같은 신규 경영진 인사를 단행했다.구미현 대표이사 회장은 구자학 회장의 장녀로 아워홈 경영에 참여하는 것은 이번이 처음이다.지난 4월과 지난달 31일 열린 주주총회에서 아워홈은 구미현 회장과 이영열 부회장,브라바 리무버구본성 전 부회장의 장남 구재모 씨를 새로운 사내이사로 선임했다.

아워홈은 이날 경영총괄사장으로 구자학 선대회장 비서실장과 경영지원본부장(CFO)을 지낸 이영표 씨를 선임했다.이 사장은 건국대 경영학과를 졸업하고 1993년부터 아워홈에서 근무했다.구매물류,브라바 리무버재무,브라바 리무버회계 등 현장과 경영지원 부서를 두루 거쳤다.
