이에 따라 예천양조는 '영탁'으로 표시된 막걸리 제품을 생산·양도·대여·수입하거나 이를 제품 포장·광고에 표시해선 안 되며,프리미어리그 강등 안된팀이미 만든 제품에서 제거해야 합니다.

제3자가 점유 중인 제품까지 폐기할 필요는 없습니다.

예천양조는 2020년 영탁 측과 1년간 계약을 맺고 '영탁막걸리'를 출시했습니다.

이후 광고모델 재계약 협상이 결렬되며 갈등이 불거졌고,프리미어리그 강등 안된팀영탁 측은 "계약이 종료됐는데도 예천양조 측이 '영탁'을 사용한다"며 2021년 소송을 냈습니다.

현재 예천양조는 분쟁 이후 경영난을 겪어 회생 절차를 밟고 있습니다.

예천양조 대표 백모 씨는 '영탁 측이 거액을 요구해 계약이 결렬됐다'는 허위 사실을 유포한 혐의로 기소돼 1심에서 징역 6개월에 집행유예 1년을 선고받은 상태입니다.
