중소기업 대출 중심으로 공략···진출 韓기업 금융 지원[이데일리 유은실 기자] BNK금융그룹은 BNK캐피탈 카자흐스탄 법인(BNK Finance Kazakhstan)이 12일 카자흐스탄 금융당국으로부터 은행업 예비인가 승인을 받았다고 13일 밝혔다.

이번 예비인가 취득은 해외의 소액금융시장에 진출한 우리나라 금융회사가 현지 금융당국으로부터 은행업 전환 예비인가를 받은 최초의 사례다.외국계금융회사에 대한 카자흐스탄 정부차원의 은행업 승인은 15년만에 이루어진 것이다.

BNK금융은 향후 1년 정도의 본인가 준비기간 중 카자흐스탄 은행시장에 대한 철저한 시장조사를 바탕으로 모든 은행업무를 하는 풀뱅킹(full banking)보다는 BNK금융이 국내에서도 잘하는 분야인 중소기업 대출에 특화하는 영업전략을 마련 할 계획이다.
