미공개 부동산 정보를 이용해 매매차익을 얻기 위해 대출을 알선하고 금품을 거래한 메리츠증권 전 임원이 재판에 넘겨졌습니다.

서울중앙지방검찰청은 전 메리츠증권 임원 박 모 씨를 횡령 등 혐의로 불구속 기소했습니다.

박 씨에게 대출을 알선해주고 대가를 받은 직원 두 명도 함께 재판에 넘겨졌습니다.

박 씨는 지난 2014년 10월부터 2017년 9월까지 부동산 취득 자금을 마련하기 위해 직원들에게 다른 금융기관의 대출을 알선받고 대가를 건넨 혐의를 받습니다.

검찰은 박 씨가 모두 5차례에 걸쳐 천2백억 원에 가까운 대출을 받았고,가브리엘 마르티넬리직원들에겐 3억 원에서 4억 원어치의 금품을 각각 건넨 것으로 파악했습니다.

앞서 금융감독원은 5대 증권사에 대한 부동산 PF 기획 검사 과정에서 박 씨가 가족법인을 통해 9백억 원대 부동산 11건을 취득하고,가브리엘 마르티넬리이 중 3건을 처분해 백억 원 상당의 매매차익을 거둔 정황을 포착해 검찰에 수사를 의뢰했습니다.
