오늘(3일) 새벽 한우 사육 농민들이 '소 반납 집회'를 하기 위해 전국 각지에서 데려온 겁니다.

농민 만 여 명은 오늘 소를 팔수록 손해를 보는 구조라며 정부와 국회에 대책을 촉구했습니다.

[김종기/한우 농가 농민 (충남 홍성군 갈산면) : 소를 예전에는 한 차(10마리)를 팔아서 저 같은 경우는 한 달을 사룟값을 충당했다 하면은 지금은 두 차(20마리)를 팔아야 합니다.그만큼 소 값이 하락했기 때문에.소가 사람을 잡아먹는 현상이 (나타나고 있습니다.)]

한우 한 마리를 팔 때 순손실은 지난해 142만6천원으로 1년 전보다 73만 원 넘게 늘었습니다.

한우 농가들은 또 정부가 수입 소고기를 너무 많이 들여와 가격 하락을 부추겼다고 주장했습니다.

그러면서 지난 국회에서 대통령 거부권 행사로 폐기된 한우 농가 지원법 제정과 사료 가격 인하 등을 요구했습니다.

삭발식을 한 농민들은 데려온 소들을 국회에 두려고 했지만 경찰에 막혀 모형으로 대신했습니다.
