대구의 국립대 부설 초등학교에서 선배 교사가 신입 교사를 밤 늦게까지 강제 근무시키는 등 직장 내 괴롭힘이 있었다는 폭로가 나왔습니다.

대학은 해당 학교를 대상으로 긴급 복무감사에 착수했습니다.

대구의 한 국립대 부설 초등학교.

올해 초 이 학교에 발령받은 30대 교사는 최근 교내 게시판에 직장 내 괴롭힘을 당해 왔다는 내용의 글을 올렸습니다.

"1년차라는 이유로 모든 선생님이 퇴근하고 나서야 퇴근할 수 있었다"며,로또판매점당첨발표"가장 늦게 간 날은 밤 12시쯤 퇴근했다"고 주장했습니다.

또,로또판매점당첨발표넥타이가 살짝 내려왔다는 이유로 정신이 해이해졌다며 선배 교사로부터 폭언을 들었다고도 했습니다.

이같은 폭로에 대해 학교 사정을 아는 교사들 사이에선 터질 게 터졌다는 말이 나오고 있습니다.

이 학교 교사들은 관리자나 교육 전문직 승진 기회가 상대적으로 많다 보니,로또판매점당첨발표문제가 생겨도 쉬쉬하는 분위기가 있다는 겁니다.

[현직 교사/음성변조 : "어떻게 보면 승진에 귀결이 되는 거죠.거기서 이제 못 버티면은 못하는 거고,로또판매점당첨발표버티면은 이제 승진하는 거고 그런 구조다 보니까…."]

논란이 커지자 감사 권한이 있는 대학 측은 뒤늦게 긴급 복무 감사에 착수했습니다.

[○○대 관계자/음성변조 : "독특한 거기의 문화인지 아니면 그걸 넘어서서 개인적 특성이 발현된 것인지 그것은 지금 조사를 해봐야."]

신입 교사의 폭로를 계기로 교육계 내부의 승진 문화와 직장 내 괴롭힘 문제를 전반적으로 점검해봐야 한다는 목소리가 커지고 있습니다.
