본격적인 장마철에 접어들면서 서울시가 침수 우려 반지하 가구에 대한 집중 관리에 나섭니다.

서울시는 침수 방지시설 설치가 필요한 반지하 2만8천여 가구 가운데 최우선 관리 대상인 1만5천여 가구에 대해 내일(8일)부터 10일간 긴급 점검을 벌인다고 밝혔습니다.

시는 건축사 300여 명을 투입해 침수 방지,영화 빙고 헬피난 시설 설치 여부를 살피고,영화 빙고 헬거주자가 원할 경우 장마철에 공공임대주택으로 임시 이주를 지원합니다.

시는 장기적으로는 반지하 매입,영화 빙고 헬재개발 등 정비사업을 통해 반지하 주택을 단계적으로 줄여나가고 있습니다.
