서울시가 부지를 제공하고,카카오가 설립한 법인 ㈜서울아레나가 시설 조성,운영,유지 관리를 맡습니다.한화건설이 지을 예정입니다.2027년 3월 준공을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
서울시는 연간 국내외 관람객 250만명을 유치하고,새 공연문화산업 일자리를 창출할 수 있을 것으로 내다봤습니다.
