살인미수 및 공직선거법 위반 혐의

올 연초 발생했던 더불어민주당 이재명 대표 흉기 피습사건 피의자가 1심 재판에서 징역 15년을 선고받았다.

부산지법 형사6부(김용균 부장판사)는 5일 이 대표를 흉기로 찌른 혐의로 기소된 김모(67) 씨에 대한 선고공판에서 이같이 선고했다고 <연합뉴스>가 부산발로 보도했다.

김 씨는 지난 1월 2일 부산 가덕도 전망대를 방문한 이 대표에게 흉기를 휘둘러 내경정맥 손상 등 중상해를 입혔다.

검찰은 김 씨에게 살인미수와 공직선거법 위반 혐의를 적용,핀볼룰렛징역 20년을 구형했다.
