(대전=연합뉴스) 이은파 기자 = 산림청은 산지관리법 시행령 개정을 통해 1일부터 특별재난지역 내에서 재해를 당한 단독주택을 산지에 설치할 경우 대체산림자원조성비를 전액 감면한다고 밝혔다.

대체산림자원조성비는 산지를 다른 용도로 이용하려고 산지전용허가 등을 받을 때 부과되는 부담금이다.

최근 3년간 특별재난지역 내 재해를 당한 단독주택은 연간 평균 362가구에 달한다.

그동안 산지에서 660㎡ 미만으로 재해주택을 신축·증축·이축하는 경우 대체산림자원조성비가 부과됐었다.

산림청은 지난달 3일 대체산림자원조성비 단위 면적당 금액 변경 고시를 통해 대체산림자원조성비 부과금 산정기준 중 하나인 개별공시지가 반영 비율을 1%에서 0.1%로 대폭 낮췄다.

이번 산지관리법시행령 개정으로 수도권 외 지역의 국가산업단지,귀도현 고스트볼농어촌에 개설하는 의료기관,물류터미널·물류단지,귀도현 고스트볼공기업 등이 시설하는 공익사업시설,귀도현 고스트볼광물 채굴의 경우에도 대체산림자원조성비가 감면된다.
