이동통신 전문 조사기관 컨슈머인사이트는 매년 2회 실시하는 '이동통신 기획조사' 결과를 14일 발표하며 이같이 밝혔다.이 조사는 14세 이상 휴대폰 사용자에게 현재 이용 중인 통신사에 대한 체감 만족도를 묻는 식으로 진행된다.

그 중 알뜰폰 이용자 5307명에게 만족도 응답(10점 척도)을 진행하고 1000점 만점으로 환산했다.조사에서는 17개 알뜰폰 통신사를 제시했다.이 중 만족도 상위 14개 사업자만 비교했다.

이 결과 리브모바일이 740점으로 1위를 차지했다.프리티(719점)가 2위,토스모바일(717점)이 3위였다.대체로 금융권 알뜰폰 브랜드가 상위권을 차지했다.이외 아이즈모바일(713점),A모바일(701점),M모바일(700점) 등 총 6곳이 700점을 상회했다.

알뜰폰 평균 만족도 점수는 702점으로 직전 조사보다 7점 상승했다.이통 3사 평균(681점,야구 연장전 최대+11점)을 21점 차이로 앞서며 2020년 상반기 이후 4년 연속 우위를 지켰다.

이통 3사 중에는 SK텔레콤이 705점으로 가장 높았다.LG유플러스 672점,야구 연장전 최대KT 647점 순이다.3사 알뜰폰 자회사는 알뜰폰 인지도와 점유율에서 크게 앞섰지만 만족도에서는 모두 중하위권에 머물렀다.

컨슈머인사이트 측은 "전통적으로 알뜰폰 이용자는 요금,데이터 서비스,음성통화 품질을 중시하고 통신3사 이용자는 이미지,고객 응대 서비스,장기고객 혜택을 중시했다"며 "그런 측면에서 리브모바일은 알뜰폰,통신3사를 막론하고 휴대폰 이용자가 선호하는 강점을 두루 갖춘 셈"이라고 말했다.
