수도권의 한 공공임대주택.LH입주자 부담이 덜한 전세로 주변 시세보다 저렴하게 장기 거주할 수 있는 올해‘든든전세주택’모집이 시작된다.18일 국토교통부는 수도권에 이미 확보한 주택 3400호에 대해 오는 27일부터 순차적으로 입주자 모집공고를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

든든전세주택은 한국토지주택공사(LH)와 주택도시보증공사(HUG)가 수도권 내 연립·다세대·오피스텔 등을 사들여 주변 시세의 90% 수준 전세보증금으로 최대 8년간 거주할 수 있도록 하는 공공임대주택이다.

국토부는 올해부터 2년간 든든전세주택을 2만5000호를 공급할 계획이다.우선 LH 든든전세주택은 3∼4인 가구가 쾌적하게 생활할 수 있도록 전용면적 60~85㎡의 신축 주택을 1만5000호 매입하고 HUG 든든전세주택은 집주인 대신 전세금을 돌려주고 경매 신청한 주택을 HUG가 직접 낙찰받아 1만호를 매입한다.

LH는 지난 2021~2022년 한시 사업으로 추진한 공공전세주택 잔여물량을 든든전세주택으로 바꿔 2860호를 확보했으며 약 1600호에 대해 27일부터 입주자 모집공고를 실시한다.하자보수가 필요한 나머지 1200여 호는 하반기 중 추가 입주자 모집공고가 시행된다.

HUG는 경매낙찰을 받은 주택에 대해 기존 거주자와 퇴거 협의,소이카우보이 바카라주택 수선 등을 거쳐 다음 달 24일부터 입주자 모집공고를 실시한다.현재 경매낙찰을 받은 가구는 590호다.

든든전세주택은 무주택자라면 소득·자산과 상관없이 입주 신청할 수 있다.LH 청약플러스(apply.lh.or.kr)나 HUG 안심전세포털(khug.or.kr/jeonse)에서 입주자 모집이 공고된 주택 세부 정보와 입주 신청법 등을 확인할 수 있다.
