아파트값 상승과 거래 증가 등에 힘입어 수도권 주택사업자들이 체감하는 경기 전망이 크게 개선된 것으로 나타났습니다.

주택산업연구원(주산연)이 주택사업자를 대상으로 설문 조사한 결과,식보 확률8월 전국 주택사업 경기전망지수는 전월 대비 0.5포인트 상승한 86.0을 기록했다고 오늘(15일) 밝혔습니다.

이 지수는 기준선인 100을 넘으면 경기가 좋아질 것으로 보는 업체의 비율이 더 높다는 것을,식보 확률100을 밑돌면 그 반대라는 것을 각각 의미합니다.

8월 전망지수를 지역별로 보면,식보 확률수도권은 전월 대비 20.9포인트 상승한 108.3을 기록해 작년 10월(102.9) 이후 10개월 만에 기준선을 웃돌았습니다.

인천이 34.5포인트 상승한 100.0을 기록해 가장 큰 상승 폭을 보였고,식보 확률서울은 12.9포인트 상승한 120.0을,식보 확률경기는 15.4포인트 상승한 105.1을 각각 나타냈습니다.

주산연은 "매수 심리 회복으로 인한 매매가격 상승 및 거래량 증가가 주택사업 경기 회복에 대한 기대감으로 이어진 것으로 보인다"고 설명했습니다.

수도권과 달리 비수도권 지수는 전월 대비 3.9포인트 하락한 81.2에 그쳤습니다.

세종특별자치시를 포함한 광역시 지역은 평균 1.4포인트(82.0→83.4) 상승했는데,장기 침체 국면이 이어졌던 대구의 전망지수가 23.6포인트 오른 104.3을 기록했습니다.

대구의 경기전망지수는 3개월 연속 상승하면서 작년 10월 이후 처음으로 기준선을 넘었습니다.

대구시가 지난 1일 수요 촉진 정책을 위한 민관합동 자문회의를 개최해 미분양 주택 해소방안을 논의했고,분양을 진행 중인 단지의 계약률이 개선되는 등 시장 상황이 나아진 것이 사업자들의 심리에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 보인다고 주산연은 설명했습니다.
