[헤럴드경제=이민경 기자] 경찰이 술에 취한 여성을 집단 성폭행하고 불법촬영한 20대 남성들을 붙잡아 검찰에 넘겼다.

서울경찰청 풍속단속계는 성폭력처벌법상 특수준강간·카메라이용촬영 등 혐의로 유흥업소 종업원 A(21)씨 등 5명을 서울중앙지검에 송치했다고 18일 밝혔다.

이중 3명은 구속 상태로 검찰에 넘겨졌다.

경찰에 따르면 A씨 일당은 지난달 13일 술에 취해 몸을 가누지 못하는 여성을 차례로 성폭행하고 휴대전화로 영상을 촬영한 혐의를 받는다.

이들은 모두 같은 유흥업소에서 일하며 친분을 쌓은 것으로 조사됐다.

A씨 등 3명은 지난달 17일 선정적인 문구가 들어간 유흥업소 전단을 뿌린 혐의(청소년보호법상 광고선전 제한)로 검거됐다가 경찰 조사 과정에서 성폭행 사실이 추가로 드러났다.

지난달부터 강남·서초구청과 불법전단 합동 단속을 해온 경찰은 A씨 일당 외에도 강남구 일대에 불법전단을 살포한 이들과 인쇄업소 3곳을 추가로 포착해 수사 중이다.
