모르는 여성들을 여러 차례 때리고 성범죄까지 저지른 고등학생이 실형을 선고받았습니다.

수원지방법원은 오늘(28일) 강간상해 등의 혐의로 구속기소 된 A 군에게 징역 장기 8년,안산 그리너스 대 경남단기 6년을 선고했습니다.

재판부는 A 군이 피해자와 가족에게 감내하기 힘든 고통을 줬다면서도 청소년으로서 인격적으로 성숙하지 못한 점 등을 고려했다고 밝혔습니다.

A 군은 지난해 10월 경기 수원시 아파트에서 10대 여성을 때린 뒤 성범죄를 저지른 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌습니다.

조사 결과 A 군은 범행 40분 전 다른 아파트에서 다른 여학생을 폭행한 뒤 성폭행하려다 실패하고,안산 그리너스 대 경남이보다 하루 전엔 상가 여자 화장실에 침입해 성범죄를 저지른 것으로 드러났습니다.
