간호조무사 A 씨는 지난 2019년,용사 슬로우라이프척추 수술을 한 환자의 피주머니가 제대로 고정되지 않은 것을 확인한 뒤,의사에게 보고하고 실과 바늘을 이용해 재부착 작업을 수행했습니다.

이에 검찰은 A 씨가 무면허 의료행위를 했다며 A 씨 등을 의료법 위반 혐의로 기소했습니다.

이후 1심과 2심은 신체에 바늘을 찔러 매듭짓는 작업은 무면허 의료행위에 해당한다고 보고 A 씨에게 벌금 3백만 원을 선고했습니다.
