한국배터리산업협회는 18일 전기차 배터리 서비스 민관 공동 협의체를 출범시켰다고 밝혔다.협의체 출범식에는 산업통상자원부·국토교통부·환경부와 현대차·기아·현대글로비스·LG에너지솔루션·SK온·피엠그로우 등 전기차 관련 업체들이 참여했다.

전기차 배터리 서비스는 배터리가 전기차에 탑재된 이후부터 충전,정비·교체,재활용까지 생애 주기 전반에 걸친 각종 서비스를 일컫는다.전기차 보급 확대에 따라 미래 유망 산업으로 성장할 가능성이 높을 것으로 기대된다.SNE리서치에 따르면 2030년 글로벌 전기차 수요는 5901만대,토토 결말사용후 배터리 발생량은 338GWh에 달할 것으로 전망된다.이날 서울 대한상공회의소에서는 전기차 배터리 서비스 산업 육성 간담회가 개최됐다.간담회에서는 업계가 선정한 8대 유망 서비스 모델이 제시됐다.8대 유망 모델은 전기차 배터리 성능 진단,토토 결말배터리 구독·교체,토토 결말탄소 크레디트 거래,토토 결말재제조 배터리 진단·평가,이동형 충전,전력 거래 플랫폼,배터리 회수·운송·보관,금융 등이다.

간담회에 앞서 한국배터리산업협회와 한국자동차모빌리티산업협회가 공동 주최한 '전기차 배터리 서비스 산업 육성을 위한 비즈니스 포럼'도 열렸다.포럼에서는 소비자가 전기차 구매를 주저하는 주요 요인인 충전 인프라스트럭처,전기차 안전성 등을 해소할 수 있는 배터리 성능 진단,배터리 구독·교체,이동형 충전 서비스 등이 소개됐다.

현대캐피탈은 배터리 잔존가치가 높을수록 구매자 인센티브를 제공하는 '상태평가 금융 서비스'와 전기차 배터리 선매각을 통해 전기차 비용을 절감할 수 있는 '선매각 금융 서비스'를 선보였다.피엠그로우는 온실가스 감축 크레디트 발급 사업을 소개했다.
