나스닥 상장을 준비하고 있는 숙박·여행 플랫폼 야놀자가 2분기 실적을 공시했다.이 회사에서 상반기 보수를 5억원 이상 받은 임원은 지난해 상반기보다 1명 더 늘어난 4명이었다.

16일 금융감독원 전자공시시스템에 따르면 올해 상반기 야놀자에서 5억원 이상 보수를 받은 임원들은 배보찬 야놀자 플랫폼 부문 대표(17억6000만원),이수진 야놀자 총괄대표(8억5000만원),이준영 야놀자클라우드 대표(7억6000만원),프로야구 인터넷 도박김종윤 야놀자클라우드 대표(5억5000만원)다.

이 중 이수진 총괄대표는 순수 급여로만 보수를 받았다.야놀자 측에 따르면 임원제도에 따라 수행하는 역할,위임업무의 성격,프로야구 인터넷 도박위임업무 수행 결과 등을 고려해 보수를 결정했다.

가장 높은 보수를 수령한 배보찬 대표는 주식매수선택권행사이익으로 12억1800만원을 받았다.주주총회·이사회 결의로 부여받은 주식매수선택권의 행사가격 5000원과 행사 당시 주가 4만5600원의 차이에 행사수량 3만 주를 곱한 금액이다.

이외 김종윤 대표와 배보찬 대표는 상여금 9000만원을 수령했고,이준영 대표 경우 상여금 3억3100만원을 받았다.

야놀자는 올해 2분기 연결 영업이익이 160억원으로 4분기 연속 흑자를 이어갔다.매출액은 지난해 2분기보다 42% 증가한 2344억원을 기록했다.야놀자는 나스닥 상장을 앞두고 기업가치를 끌어올리기 위해 몸집 불리기,프로야구 인터넷 도박수익성 개선에 집중하고 있다.

야놀자 관계자는 "글로벌 사업 실적,프로야구 인터넷 도박야놀자 플랫폼과 인터파크트리플 부문이 성장했다.클라우드 부문은 역대 최대 영업이익을 기록했다"며 "앞으로도 글로벌 네트워크를 기반으로 여행 데이터 선도 기업 입지를 다질 계획"이라고 말했다.
