(서울=연합뉴스) 채새롬 기자 = 금융복합기업집단의 내부통제 평가가 강화된다.

금융위원회는 12일 제11차 정례회의를 개최하고 '금융복합기업집단 감독규정' 일부개정고시안을 의결했다.

금융복합기업집단은 여수신·보험·금융투자업 중 2개 이상 금융업을 영위하고 금융위에 인허가받거나 등록한 회사가 1개 이상이면서 자산총액이 5조원을 넘는 곳을 말한다.삼성,현대차,한화,롯데 프로야구 중계미래에셋,롯데 프로야구 중계교보,DB,롯데 프로야구 중계다우키움 등 7곳이 지정돼 있다.

금융위는 이번 규정 개정에서 금융복합기업집단에 대한 추가적인 위험평가 기준과 등급별 위험가산자본 산정기준을 개선했다.

현재 금융복합기업집단에 대한 추가위험평가 항목 중 내부통제 및 위험관리에 대한 평가는 법령에 규정된 사항의 내규화 여부만 확인하도록 했다.

앞으로는 충족이면 +1,롯데 프로야구 중계미충족이면 0인 점수구간을 충족(+1),롯데 프로야구 중계부분충족(+0.5),미충족(0)으로 세분화해 평가의 변별력이 높아질 것으로 기대된다.

개정 규정은 그룹 차원의 내부통제 관리 강화를 유도하기 위해 추가위험평가 항목 중 내부통제·위험관리 평가 비중을 기존 20%에서 30%로 상향했다.

추가위험평가 결과에 따라 부과되는 위험가산자본의 등급 간 차이도 1.5%포인트로 일관성 있게 정비했다.

감독규정 개정안은 고시한 날부터 시행된다.
