(서울=뉴스1) 김민석 기자 = 카카오엔터프라이즈는 '카카오크라우드 서밋 2024'를 개최했다고 2일 밝혔다.

지난달 28일 경기창조경제혁신센터 국제회의장에서 열린 행사에는 이어형 카카오엔터프라이즈 CTO와 관계자들이 참석했다.

카카오엔터프라이즈 관계자는 "카카오그룹사 개발자 대상 행사로 500여 명 가량이 참석해 좌석이 부족했다"며 "그룹사 내에서도 카카오클라우드를 향한 관심이 늘고 있다"고 말했다.

이어형 CTO는 "카카오클라우드는 고성능·저비용,아쿠아 토토확장성,아쿠아 토토보안성 등 경쟁력을 갖췄다"며 "해외 CSP(클라우드제공사업자)와 견줄 수 있는 성능과 Multi-AZ(다중 가용 영역)·TGW(Transit GateWay) 기술을 이용했다"고 말했다.

행사엔 카카오클라우드와 협업하는 △AMD △델테크놀로지스(Dell Technologies) △아리스타(ARISTA) 등이 참여·후원했다.

AMD는 '카카오클라우드와의 공동 개발 사례' 'AI 데이터센터·고성능 컴퓨팅에 필수 설루션' 등을,아쿠아 토토델테크놀로지스는 'OEM 솔루션 역량' 등을 각각 발표했다.

이 CTO는 "글로벌 TOP10 진입을 목표로 그룹의 뉴이니셔티브인 클라우드 기술 개발에 모든 역량을 집중하겠다"고 전했다.
