[디지털데일리 백지영기자] 쿠팡로지스틱스서비스(CLS)가 업계 최초로 전문 배송업체 소속 택배기사를 대상으로 내년부터‘격주 주5일 배송’과‘의무 휴무제’를 도입한다고 13일 밝혔다.

CLS에 따르면,사비 알론소 월드컵대부분 주6일 배송하는 타 택배사 택배기사들과 달리 CLS와 위탁 계약을 맺은 전문 배송업체 소속 택배기사들은 현재에도 30~40%가량이 주5일 이하로 배송하고 있다는 설명이다.

이에 따라 야간작업 택배기사의 격주 주5일 배송 제도가 내년부터 시행되며,사비 알론소 월드컵2주에 한 번씩은 주5일까지만 배송업무를 할 수 있게 된다.

또한 매주 최대 6일까지 배송업무를 할 수 있는 주간작업 택배기사에 대해서 반기별로 최소 1회 이상,사비 알론소 월드컵연간 최소 2회 이상 일주일 중 이틀을 쉬고 주5일만 배송을 하는‘의무 휴무제’도입도 함께 추진된다.

CLS는 "이번 정책이 내년부터 시행될 경우,사비 알론소 월드컵업계 최초로 주5일 배송이 시도된다는 점에서 택배업계의 업무여건 선진화에 의미 있는 계기가 될 것"이라고 기대된다.

CLS는 주5일 배송의 구체적인 시행방안을 마련하기 위해,사비 알론소 월드컵올해 하반기 중 각 전문 배송업체와 충분히 협의를 진행한다는 계획이다.배송업체의 요청이 있는 경우 CLS의 직고용 배송인력인 쿠팡친구가 배송업체의 배송 물량을 배송하는 정책 또한 확대 시행한다.

CLS 관계자는 "앞으로도 각 전문 배송업체와의 지속적인 협의를 통해 선진적인 배송업무 여건을 조성해 나갈 것"이라고 밝혔다.
