오늘(9일) 금융위원회는 상장회사 내부자거래 사전공시제도의 세부사항을 규정한‘자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 시행령’일부 개정안이 국무회의에서 의결됐다고 발표했습니다.

상장사 내부자는 해당 상장사가 발행한 주식을 일정 규모 이상 거래할 경우 매매 예정일 30일 전에 매매 목적·가격·수량 및 거래 기간 등을 공시해야 합니다.상장사 내부자는 임원과 주요 주주입니다.

다만 내부통제수준이 높고 미공개 중요정보 이용 가능성이 낮다고 판단되는 재무적 투자자,강원 랜드 친구들국내 재무적 투자자에 상응하는 외국 투자자는 주체에서 제외됐습니다.

거래계획 미공시·허위공시·매매계획 미이행 등 제도를 위반할 경우엔 최대 20억 원의 과징금이 부과될 예정입니다.
