(서울=뉴스1) 김민석 기자 = 엔씨소프트(036570)(엔씨·NC)는 2개 사업부문(QA 서비스 사업·응용 소프트웨어 개발 공급 사업 등)을 물적 분할한다고 24일 공시했다.

엔씨는 이날 임시 이사회를 열고 회사 분할 및 신설 회사 설립(비상장 법인 2개)을 결정했다.

신설 회사는 '주식회사 엔씨큐에이'(NC QA COMPANY·가칭)와 '주식회사 엔씨아이디에스'(NC IDS COMPANY) 등이다.

엔씨큐에이는 QA(Quality Assurance·품질 보증) 서비스 사업부문 전문 기업이다.사업 영역은 △소프트웨어 품질 보증 서비스 △컴퓨터 프로그래밍 △시스템 통합·관리 △정보 기술·컴퓨터 운영 관련 서비스 등이다.

엔씨아이디에스는 응용 소프트웨어 개발 공급 사업부문 전문 기업으로 사업 영역은 △응용 소프트웨어 개발·공급 △컴퓨터 시스템 통합 자문·구축 △시스템 소프트웨어 개발·공급 등이다.

엔씨(NC)는 8월 14일 임시 주주총회를 열고 회사 분할 및 신설회사 설립을 확정한다.각 신설회사의 분할 기일은 10월 1일이다.

엔씨 관계자는 "분할을 통해 사업부문별 신속하고 전문적인 의사결정을 할 수 있는 경영 체제를 확립할 것"이라며 "각 신설회사 상호는 분할계획서 승인을 위한 분할회사의 주주총회 또는 각 신설회사 창립총회에서 변경될 수 있다"고 말했다.
