(서울=연합뉴스) 최윤선 기자 = 서울시는 18일 예고된 대한의사협회(의협)의 집단 휴진과 총궐기대회에 따른 시민 불편을 최소화하기 위해 비상의료체계를 강화하고 문 여는 병의원을 매일 실시간 공개한다고 17일 밝혔다.

우선 2월 20일 전공의 집단행동 이후부터 시작된 시립병원 평일 연장 진료와 서울의료원·보라매병원·동부병원·서남병원 등 4개 병원의 24시간 응급실 운영을 차질 없이 시행한다.

자치구 보건소는 연장 진료를 제공하고 비대면 진료를 통해 시민 불편을 줄인다.

현재 25개 구 보건소에서 평일 오후 8시까지 연장 진료를 하고 있다.은평구는 4월 3일부터 비대면 진료를 시행 중이다.

시는 보건소와 보건지소가 비대면 진료에 적극 참여하도록 해 집단휴진에 따른 의료공백을 최소화한다는 방침이다.

또 18일부터 당장 병원을 이용해야 하는 시민을 위해 의료기관의 휴진 여부와 진료 시간을 확인해 '문 여는 병의원' 홈페이지(www.e-gen.or.kr/)를 통해 매일 공개한다.

서울시 홈페이지(www.seoul.go.kr)와 응급의료포털 홈페이지(www.e-gen.or.kr)·모바일앱 등을 통해서는 '야간휴일 진료 가능 병의원' 92곳의 정보도 안내한다.

야간에 응급환자는 응급실에서 신속하게 진료받고,토토복권방창업경증환자는 가까운 병원을 이용할 수 있도록 하기 위해서다.

시는 병원별 운영 현황과 상태 등을 확인하고 119구급대와 긴밀히 소통해 응급상황 발생 시 원활한 병원 이송을 지원할 계획이다.

김태희 서울시 시민건강국장은 "공공의료를 총동원해 의료공백을 최소화하겠다"며 "신속하게 가까운 의료기관을 이용할 수 있도록 문 여는 병의원,토토복권방창업야간휴일 의료기관에 대한 정보도 실시간으로 제공하겠다"고 말했다.
