버핏 보유 버크셔 지분 아직도 180조원[이데일리 윤종성 기자] 워런 버핏(93) 버크셔 해서웨이(버크셔) 회장이 53억 달러(약 7조3000억원) 규모의 버크셔 주식을 자선단체 5곳에 추가로 기부한다고 버크셔 측이 28일(현지시간) 밝혔다.

나머지는 수전 톰슨 버핏 재단과 3명의 자녀인 하워드,플래시 포커수전,플래시 포커피터가 운영하는 다른 3곳의 재단에 각각 기부된다.

수전 톰슨 버핏 재단은 2004년 세상을 떠난 아내 이름을 땄으며,플래시 포커출산 건강 관련 지원활동을 펼치고 있다.

버핏은 앞서 자신의 재산 대부분을 기부하겠다고 공언하고 2006년부터 빌 앤드 멜린다 게이츠 재단과 가족 이름을 딴 재단에 정기적으로 재산을 기부해오고 있다.

CNBC 방송에 따르면 이번 기부 후에도 버핏이 보유한 버크셔 지분 가치는 약 1300억 달러(약 180조원)에 달한다.
