대구지방법원 제2형사단독 김석수 부장판사는 25일 성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 위반 혐의로 재판에 넘겨진 경북 의성군 공무원 30대 A씨에게 징역 1년에 집행유예 2년을 선고하고 40시간의 성폭력 치료 프로그램 이수와 3년간 아동·청소년·장애인 관련 기관 취업 제한을 명령했다.

A씨는 지인 B씨와의 성관계 장면을 여러 차례 몰래 촬영한 혐의로 기소됐다.

앞서 경찰은 지난해 9월 A씨의 휴대전화에 불법 성관계 촬영물이 있다는 신고를 접수하고 수사에 착수했다.
