13일 경기북부경찰청 여성청소년수사대에 따르면 준강제추행 혐의를 받는 허 대표는 전날 오후 3시께 경찰에 출석해 7시간가량 조사를 받았다.

허 대표는 자신의 모든 혐의를 완강히 부인한 것으로 전해졌다.그는 앞서 경찰에 출석하면서 취재진에게 "그 사람(신도)들이 돈을 뜯어내기 위해 고소한 것"이라며 "나 또한 그들을 '공갈'로 고소했다"고 말했다.

경찰은 허 대표 추가 조사가 불가피하다고 판단,딜라이브 리모컨1~2차례 더 소환한다는 방침이다.소환은 비공개로 이뤄질 것으로 보인다.

앞서 '하늘궁' 여성 신도들은 지난 2월 허 대표를 공중밀집장소 추행 혐의로 고소했다.이들은 허 대표가 상담을 핑계로 여신도들의 신체를 접촉했다고 주장했다.

이에 경찰은 지난 4월 15일 하늘궁과 허 대표의 서울 피카디리 건물 강연장을 압수 수색해 증거품을 확보했다.경찰은 허 대표가 신도들을 심리적으로 지배하며 추행했을 수 있다고 보고,딜라이브 리모컨혐의를 준강제추행으로 바꿔 조사하고 있다.
