김 센터장은 1970년생으로 성균관대 수학과를 졸업하고 2003년 엔씨소프트에 입사했다.이후 20여년 간 게임과 서비스 QA(품질보증) 업무를 담당해온 전문가로,2018년부터 QA센터를 이끌었다.

이 내정자는 웅진그룹의 IT(정보기술) 사업 부문을 SI(시스템통합) 회사로 성장시키는 데 기여한 전문경영인이다.1972년생으로 연세대 경제학과 학사,정보대학원 석사를 거쳐 삼성물산·PwC컨설팅,야구 태평양웅진그룹 CIO(최고정보책임자),야구 태평양웅진 대표,야구 태평양웅진씽크빅 대표를 역임했다.

두 사람의 신임 대표 내정자는 각사의 주주총회와 이사회를 통해 공식 선임될 예정이다.

엔씨소프트는 오는 8월 14일 임시 주주총회를 열어 회사 분할과 엔씨큐에이·엔씨아이디에스 설립을 확정하며,분사된 신설 법인은 10월 1일부로 출범할 예정이다.
