자동측정기 부착 사업장 늘면서 총량 증가…굴뚝당 배출량은 감소[헤럴드경제=이태형 기자]작년 대형사업장에서 배출된 대기오염물질이 22만441t으로 전년(21만5205t)보다 2.4% 증가했다.자동측정기기 부착 사업장이 늘었기 때문으로 풀이된다.

환경부는 굴뚝 자동측정기기가 부착된 대형사업장 943곳의 작년 대기오염물질 배출량을 30일 홈페이지에 공개한다고 밝혔다.

굴뚝 자동측정기기 부착 사업장은 전년(887곳)보다 56곳(6.3%) 늘었다.기기가 부착된 굴뚝 수는 3383개로,전년(2988개) 대비 증가 폭(13.2%)이 사업장보다 컸다.

전체 배출량은 늘었지만,굴뚝당 배출량은 재작년 72t에서 작년 65t으로 9.7% 감소했다.사업장 대기오염물질 총량관리제,서울월드컵경기장 행사사업장의 자발적 감축 노력,서울월드컵경기장 행사대기오염물질 방지시설 개선 등의 효과로 분석된다.

지난해 대기오염물질을 가장 많이 배출한 업종은 제철·제강업으로,배출량이 전체 대형사업장 배출량의 32.1%인 7만695t에 달했다.발전업(6만2천997t),시멘트제조업(5만103t),석유화학제품업(2만1천603t)이 뒤를 이었다.

대형사업장 대기오염물질 배출량은 전체 1~3종 사업장 배출량의 46%를 차지한다.

정선화 환경부 대기환경정책관은 “실시간 배출정보가 투명하게 공개되도록 굴뚝 자동측정기기 부착을 계속 확대하고,수집된 측정자료를 토대로 과학적인 분석에 기반한 대기 정책을 추진해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
