지난해 강남에서 40대 여성을 납치해 살해한 주범 2명에 대한 무기징역이 확정됐습니다.

대법원은 오늘(11일) 강도살인 혐의 등으로 기소된 이경우와 황대한에게 무기징역을 선고한 원심을 확정했습니다.

또,범행 배후인 유상원,경남뉴스투데이황은희 부부에게 각각 징역 8년과 6년을,납치·살해에 가담했다가 범행을 자백한 연지호에게 징역 25년을 선고한 원심도 함께 확정했습니다.

대법원은 검사와 피고인들의 상고 이유를 검토해봤지만,원심에 법리를 오해한 부분이 없었고 양형도 부당하지 않았다고 판단했습니다.

앞서 이경우와 황대한,연지호는 지난해 3월 서울 역삼동 아파트 단지 앞에서 40대 여성을 납치해 이튿날 살해한 뒤 대전에 있는 야산에 암매장한 혐의로 기소됐습니다.

함께 재판에 넘겨진 유상원,경남뉴스투데이황은희 부부는 피해자를 통해 가상화폐 업체에 31억 원을 투자했다가 투자금을 돌려받지 못하자,피해자의 가상 자산을 빼앗자고 제안한 이경우에게 7,000만 원을 건네며 범행을 모의한 것으로 드러났습니다.
