만취 상태로 차를 몰다 배달기사를 치어 숨지게 한 20대 여성 DJ 안모 씨에게 징역 10년이 선고됐습니다.재판부는 사고 원인을 피해자 탓으로 돌린 안씨에 대해서 "반성하고 있는지 모르겠다"고 질책했습니다.

흰색 승용차가 앞서 달리던 오토바이를 들이받습니다.

50대 배달기사는 결국 숨졌습니다.

지난 2월 유명 DJ 안모 씨가 술을 마시고 차를 몰다 사고를 낸 겁니다.

당시 안씨의 혈중알코올농도는 면허 취소 수준이었습니다.

안씨는 피해자에게 죄송하다면서도 사고를 낸지 몰랐다고 주장했습니다.

[안모 씨 : {구호 조치 안 하셨는데 돌아가신 피해자분께 할 말 없으세요?} 정말 죄송합니다.{피해자 들이받은 건 알고 있었어요?} 아니요.]

이 사고를 내기 전 또 다른 교통사고를 낸 사실도 드러났습니다.

재판 과정에서 숨진 피해자가 방향 지시등을 켜지 않고 차선을 바꾼게 사고원인이라는 주장도 했습니다.

검찰은 안씨가 충돌 직전까지 과속한 점을 강조하고 "피해자에게 책임이 있는 것처럼 왜곡했다"며 징역 15년을 선고해달라고 재판부에 요청했습니다.

재판부엔 엄벌을 요구하는 1500여 개의 탄원서가 제출됐습니다.

안씨 측은 "천재적인 재능을 갖추고 해외 공연으로 국위 선양했다"며 선처를 호소했습니다.

하지만 재판부는 안씨에게 징역 10년을 선고하고 사고 차량을 몰수했습니다.

또 "사고 직후 상황 인식도 못 하는 만취 상태였다"며 "납득하기 어려운 변명을 하는데 반성하고 있는지 모르겠다"고 질책했습니다.
