[헤럴드경제=이태형 기자]행정안전부는 7월 정기분 재산세,약 2600만건,5조4000억원을 부과·고지 했다고 밝혔다.

재산세는 매년 6월 1일 현재 토지와 주택,건축물,솔레어카지노 커뮤니티선박,항공기를 소유한 사람에게 부과된다.

7월분 재산세는 주택분 재산세의 절반과 건축물선박항공기분 재산세가 부과되며,16일부터 31일까지 납부하면 된다.

주택분 재산세의 나머지 절반과 토지분 재산세는 9월에 부과된다.

납부 대상자는 통장이나 카드가 있다면 가까운 은행 현금자동입출금기(CD/ATM)를 이용해 납부할 수 있고,위택스와 스마트 위택스(모바일 앱)를 이용하면 전국 모든 지방자치단체의 지방세를 조회하고 납부할 수 있다.

온라인 계좌이체,ARS를 통한 납부도 가능하다.단,ARS를 이용하는 경우 7월 말에 접속량이 많아 시간이 많이 소요될 수 있으니,가급적 7월 말 이전에 납부하거나 온라인 계좌이체,현금자동입출금기(CD/ATM),위택스 등 다른 결제 수단을 이용할 것이 권장된다.

행안부는 납세자 지원을 위해 정부민원콜센터 외에 전용 콜센터를 운영하고 있다.재산세 부과고지에 대해 궁금한 사항은 전용 콜센터에 문의하면 빠르게 안내받을 수 있다.

한편 납세자 부담 완화를 위해 올해부터 재산세 분할납부 기간이 기존 2개월에서 3개월로 확대된다.

재산세 납부세액이 250만원 이상인 납세자는 세액의 일부를 납부기한의 3개월 내(10월 말)에 분할해 납부할 수 있다.

분할납부를 원하는 납세자는 1기분 재산세 납부기한인 31일까지 관할 자치단체 시군구청 세정부서를 방문해 신청하면 된다.

한순기 행안부 지방재정경제실장은 “발송해드린 고지서를 잘 확인하셔서 기간 내 납부를 당부드린다”며 “행안부는 납부 과정에서 불편이 없도록 세심히 살피고,앞으로도 자치단체와 협력해 지방세정 서비스 개선을 위해 지속 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
