내일(1일)부터 외환시장 마감 시간이 기존 오후 3시 30분에서 다음 날 새벽 2시로 늦춰집니다.

해외 금융회사의 직접 시장 참여도 가능해지면서 지난 1998년 외환위기 이후로 유지된 외환거래 시스템의 격변이 시작될 전망입니다.

기획재정부는 이같은 내용들을 담은 '2024년 하반기부터 이렇게 달라집니다' 책자를 발간했다고 오늘(30일) 밝혔습니다.

7월 1일인 내일부터 외환시장의 원/달러 거래시간이 기존 오전 9시∼오후 3시 30분에서 다음 날 새벽 2시까지로 연장됩니다.

국내외 투자자들의 환전 편의를 높이고 거래비용을 절감하기 위한 조치입니다.

원화와 이종통화 간의 거래시간은 현행대로 유지됩니다.

한국 주식·채권 거래를 원하는 외국인 투자자들은 한국 시간으로 새벽 2시까지 국내 금융회사나 외국 금융기관을 통해 미 달러화를 원화로 실시간 환전할 수 있게 됩니다.

우리나라에 소재하지 않고 있는 외국 금융기관도 외국환 업무 취급기관(RFI) 자격을 갖추면 우리 외환시장에 직접 참여할 수 있게 됩니다.

간이과세 사업자 기준,그리스 월드컵연매출 '8천만 이하→1억 400만원 이하' 상향

내일부터는 연 매출 1억원이 넘는 일부 사업자들도 부가가치세 간이과세 대상이 됩니다.

간이과세를 적용받을 수 있는 연매출(직전 연도 공급가액)이 기존 '8천만원 미만'에서 '1억400만원 미만'으로 상향 조정되기 때문입니다.

단,그리스 월드컵부동산임대업이나 과세유흥장소에 해당하는 사업장은 종전의 4800만원 기준이 유지됩니다.

간이과세자 세율은 1.5∼4.0%로 일반과세자(10%)보다 낮게 적용됩니다.

이번 변화에 따라 약 25만명의 사업자가 간이과세자로 전환될 것으로 보입니다.
